- No returns on digital purchases , due to the nature of digital files, all sales of digital downloads, RAW or EDITED are final and non-refundable.
- If you are unsatisfied with an edited photo, we offer up to 3 revisions to ensure your satisfaction. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- If the digital product is corrupted or inaccessible, please contact within 10 days of purchase and we will provide a replacement at no additional charge.
- Returns for physical products are acceptable if they arrive damaged or defective. To qualify for physical product returns you must provide proof of the issue and must contact us within 10 days of purchase.
- Approved returns must be shipped back in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund.
- Orders for custom prints and albums may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing order. After that period, cancellations are not permitted.
- In the event of a divorce or breakup, we cannot provide refunds for events that have already been photographed.
